Based on previous experiences I did not have high expectations AAs would keep their promises and marketing tactics on the introductory phone call.However Byron from AAs assured me they are different and true to his word they are. It has been a breath of fresh air to work with professionals in AAs and work with a team that are genuine and professional and you do not have to chase them continually on outstanding issues mainly because they do not have too many clients on their books so you do feel looked after rather than just an option, they care about retention rather than acquisition of new clients.AAs are the only agent I know that pay their clients rent on a weekly basis rather than fortnightly. It shows they have the landlord’s interests at heart. Byron and his close knit team go out of their way to assist you, they are proactive and can see problems before they arise and offer their professional advice so you really do feel they are batting for you.I have come to experience a manager (PM) that charge lower management fees could possibly cost the landlord time and money in the long run. Their explanation of the sale process, how they do things, how often we should expect to hear from them with updates was very proficient. The photos of the home looked amazing and true to reality and tips on presentation for the weekend open's most helpful.The house itself was a fully renovated, very unique home with high pitched ceilings, many beautiful spaces to enjoy for all ages of the family, amazing views of Mount Coolum, the beautiful Sunshine Coast Coastline up to Noosa and the hinterland.Negotiations with the now new owners went very smoothly and we had a signed contract for the sale in the space of a weekend. The follow through and frequent communication with having the contract conditions satisfied through to settlement, proceeded without incident.I was afforded the opportunity to meet the new owners, explaining the renovations that were done and how to look after and maintain the lovely in-ground salt water pool. Apart from what I would consider mediocre service at best, I had a distinct feeling it was being rented at well below market value.
I spoke to Byron at Asset Agents. I knew Byron from a year or so ago when he sold an investment property for me in Nambour. I was absolutely blown away with Byron’s service and the result back then so thought I would give him a go at managing my other property.
I have to say that Byron and the team continue to amaze me with their absolute commitment to service, ease of doing business, AND I now have a tenant in the property at a significant higher rent return that with my earlier agent.
I honestly cannot recommend Byron and the team enough.
